"Fashion: Accessories - Textures & Textiles" - Sunday Style section. Colleen comments on how to dress up our wardrobes with that little something extra for the cooler months ahead, includes updates on Belts, Scarves, Jewelry, Hats & Handbags.
Belts- "There's something for everyone, from super skinny to four-inch wide. Velvet is huge. My favorites are lightweight silk chiffon scarves that double as belts. Wear them around your waist or throw on under the lapel of your jacket."
Scarves- "Long and skinny is in. Or a Grace Kelly silk square tied around your head, tucked into your jacket with oversized glasses. Very uptown chic."
Jewelry- "Victorian glamour carries over from clothing to jewelry. Cameos or ornate jewels look great with delicate pirate puff-sleeved blouses."
Handbags- "The one thing I think that will definitely go from catwalk to sidewalk are embellished bags. They are everywhere."
Hats- "Newsboy caps just won't die. They're so cute in suede, velvet and tweed with all kinds of embellishments."
